MAYOR’S NIGHT: ENJOYING “DINAGYANG” IN MAY “Dinagyang” is a religious and cultural festival in Iloilo City held on the fourth Sunday of January. Mayor Jed Mabilog treated the smoke-free leaders for a night of songs, dances, and good food. The delegates definitely enjoyed the genuine Ilonggo hospitality.
