Instantaneous beautification of Fort San Pedro Road in Iloilo City. Many commuters going to Fort San Pedro area are simply amazed by the tall palms which suddenly sprouted at the middle of the road. The palms were actually taken from the grounds of NEDA building and transferred by DPWH.
