I have seen lots of video about Iloilo in the facebook. Before I thought Iloiilo will remain stagnant like a still water. I have seen soo much progress in the city. While maintaining the traditional heritage of the city.
You are a great leader and a great Mayor. Thank you for making Iloilo city beautiful, progressive and a great city where you can live with a smile. Very well done Mayor.
Ps: even though I havent seen it. Love the bike lane.
